Your leadership gift will ensure the College of Education remains the first choice for top students who will soon tackle society’s great challenges and opportunities. It is also an opportunity to establish a fine legacy by supporting generations of students who will go on to make a significant impact on the education and well-being of our community and beyond.

The corpus or principal of the endowment is invested in the endowment pool of Temple University College of Education, which is managed by an internal committee selected and overseen by the Trustees of Temple University.  The goal is to grow the market value of the endowment over the long-term so that it may provide resources to the endowed chair in perpetuity.  Each year, the Trustees determine an annual payout based on the endowment pool’s performance.  In fiscal year 2019, the annual payout is expected to be 4% of the market value of the endowment.
